I currently work for a company as director online marketing and I'm looking to approach the owners of a revival. In 6 months I have more than doubled our website traffic (organic traffic) which increased its enrollment by 2,400%, 2,400% yes and now we are on the first page of Google for a dozen more common keywords in our industry. What you pay someone who can do for you? I researched and it seems that $ 70K-$ 115K is the range, according to company size, income and location. What do you think I'm as good as the value of the company I work for? I do not need SEO or SEM tips. I know how. I just want to have an outside opinion on you think my salary should be.
