wal mart organic food prices
thinking of going Vegan but to expensive, considering gas prices now. Any other suggestions??

and kind i find this organic, vegan food in our local wal-mart, vons????? do they carry these products to where i can go Vegan if i’d like???? help

The speciality products like mock meats and soy ice cream are more expensive, but those products aren’t necessary. Vegan foods like rice, corn, beans, dried lentils, sunflower seeds, and tofu are inexpensive.

You can now find soy milk, tofu, etc. in pretty much every supermarket nationwide, including Wal-Mart, Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, and Target. You don’t need to buy organic foods to be vegan. Hope this helps!
