How can you feed two adults and a 15 month old on a budget of nutrients?
I am very concerned about my 15 months plan son – live on things like toast, crackers and yogurt Farley (which is the most whimsical baby ever – not even to try something else.) Still nursing so I guess is some sort of that, but I'm very concerned that not getting what you need. I told the doctor, but does not seem worried about his weight and his health is fine. Our own diet is not too good w ', re a very low income and can not afford much more than very basic, limited amounts of fruit and vegetables, not buy meat. (My other half is addicted to junk food little) I have several recipe books for babies from the library, but they all use expensive, "fancy" organic ingredients and require the use of a freezer (which I did not) facilities and the food (which in turn I do now). Any ideas on what kind of things I could cook my son can eat and we were able to also eat, but with a very limited budget and low?

I need a good cookbook, healthy, and I'm looking for recommendations.?
I am a single woman living in a small town. My budget is about average for Latin words standards.In others, can not afford a weekly seafood and vegetables only when forced. I do not believe in replacing Splenda for sugar, but do not believe in the substitution of olive oil, butter (if applicable). I'd rather not have a cookbook that requires alternative many chemicals that is like eating cardboard treaty. What interested me is a collection of good for recipes that make food tasty. Is it so wrong to want eating healthy foods that taste good as well? Rather than the suggested serving size.

Mine is more in the press, which was before all the points, but has many of the best recipes with substitutions and it is natural to help you eat healthy for the rest of your life and not miss any their favorite foods.
