Lately I have been feeling very disgusted with processed foods. I feel as if I do not eat enough fruits or veggies and that most the foods I consume are bread based, which do make me feel full, but also bloated. I was thinking about changing my diet to organic foods. Just wondering your thoughts..should I slowly change my eating habits to organic? Or should I just start right away?
If you have the money, organic foods aren’t a terrible way to go. I shop at Whole Foods a lot but some of the food is just as unappetizing as processed foods. Organic fruits and veges however, are really good. I definitely notice a pleasant difference in quality.

I’m new to the Austin area and back where I’m from we had several “discount” grocery stores. I’ve also seen them called “salvage” stores – basically it seems like they’re stores that buy a ton of overstock or sometimes even out of date foods and I can usually get a lot of Organic/natural stuff that way for pretty cheap.
Anybody know of any in the Austin area like this?
