How to start a small house in the oven a good deal?

I live in the San Jose, California and you want to run a good case in the oven. There are permits or licenses I need? To sell to the public or even in the local market for farmers?

Check with your local government, usually requires a license or permit and also need to have the place to cook your items inspected, for health reasons.
