The best way to be part of organic meat for a healthy diet is the practice cooking for yourself – and not just on special occasions but for everyday meals.

We have been inspired by Michael Pollan article that appeared this summer in The New York Times Magazine Ahead the kitchen, on the couch. He makes the excellent point that spend much time watching cooking shows, but not a lot of cooking time for ourselves … and relying heavily on packaged foods that save time, but you can add to our waist.
Why not the couch to the kitchen and other time? Bring your favorite meats, vegetables, fruits, spices … and try these strategies for inspiration.
1. Fill your kitchen
There should be the basic ingredients on hand. Make sure you have the most common spices (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, cinnamon, salt and pepper to begin with) in her closet, as well as canned tomatoes, with beans, vinegars and oils. Buy onions, garlic and potatoes to come, as they keep well. And keep good quality freezer full of meat and vegetables that you like, such as organic chicken, meat, chopped spinach and organic corn.
2. Make it a part
Cooking with friends or family members whenever possible, giving each one different tasks. Play music, pour a little wine … everything that makes cooking fun and festive ordinary week.
3. Splurge a little

In general, the better the quality, the less work you have to do in the kitchen.
4. Find recipes that match your lifestyle
If you usually only 30 minutes to prepare dinner or night, you do not want to deal with a prescription two pages of authentic Italian lasagna.
