Sprouts Farmers Market…Good Job?
there is going to be a Sprouts opening up by my house. any info on what kind of employer they are? how good is the pay? benefits? Union? Good environment? Past or present employees would would be ideal.
I’ve never worked there but my friend went to apply once for just a regular hourly position and he told me that they offered him $10.00 hourly pay full-time (40 hrs wk) he didnt take it though because he was a student and could only do part- time, the manager told him they only hire people to work full-time. That’s all I know, but they seem like a good company to work for, my friend insisted that I should go take the job but I work overnight and that’s how I like it…Sprouts doesnt have overnight positions…hope this helped. Have you looked them up on their website?
