Is sprouted bread a whole food and/or a raw food?
Here’s the tag line:
Sprouted bread is an unleavened simple food, full of whole grain nutrients with a moist grainy texture. Bio-Dynamically grown grain is sprouted in filtered water, minced and formed into a loaf in which the germ and bran fibre are retained. No Preservatives, No Dairy, No Flour, No Sugar, No Salt, No Eggs or other animal products used. Contains Gluten. Yeast Free
And here are the ingredients:
Biodynamic wheat sprouted in purified water, non organic rolled oats, sunflower kernels, pepitas, millet and sesame seeds
Should I consider this a raw food or one of my few cooked foods?

(BTW it tastes like nuts, and is really yummy, nothing like “normal” bread)
I know the food for life Ezekial breads are not raw as they are cooked above the 110 degree mark but if you are making a raw sprouted bread as in full raw which I am sure is possible then obviously that is raw but I think most sprouted breads in a typical store are probably cooked above a certain point (I think Ezekial is cooked to 230 if I remember correctly) to actually somewhat bake them. This one sounds like it might be raw but not sure!
