Flax, Protein, Fruit, Multi-vitamin, B-12 — All at once?
I have been making my own fruit smoothies in the morning (made with rice milk). But I want to make them healthier for me.
– I was going to start adding Flax Seeds
– I added a tablespoon of protein powder (vegan, all natural, organic)
I also take multivitamins and B-12 vitamins in the morning. (switching off between one or the other)
Question is: Is this all too much?
Every morning, should I be having a fruit smoothie, WITH protein, WITH flax seeds, WITH a multivitamin, WITH B-12?
What balance do you recommend?
I don’t see anything wrong with this. Why not? It can’t hurt.
