Paella: what in the world?!?

It is my understanding that the paella is rice, right? or is it a bowl of rice as raw material remotely things …. I was interested in finding some, but could not find at Wal Mart (we're a small town, if not Organic Food markets, farmers markets, shops, etc. without variety only generic international conglomerate like Wal-Mart and B) that I was looking in the wrong section, most likely. Is in the driveway of rice? or perhaps the international food aisle? Paella could go with another name? as, for example, I was looking LAKT mix, and instead reads: "potato tortilla mix, of course, I knew it was the same, but I'm not sure what paella is, maybe it was mentioned as another name and I have forgotten? Thanks!

At Walmart, look in the rice and beans aisle, there are several boxed rice mixes (ALA Zatarain …). There should be a mixture of Vigo Paella mark by nearly five dollars (including canned seafood). I always buy when available for sale. The cheapest is to just get the rice mixture Mahatma yellow mark (at Walmart also), some seafood and sausage, onion, and cook together. Garnish with fresh frozen peas (better colors). I'm in a rural area Missouri (100 + miles to the nearest town). Our Walmart has it all. If you do not have it, just call our customer service to request a box, and probably will for you.
