Is it ok to give a 10-month old baby Mott’s apple sauce cups for a snack?
Is it alright to give my 10-month old baby apple sauce cups for a snack? I mean for example the Mott’s unsweetened apple sauce like this:

My in-laws fed my twin babies some of this and they apparently loved it, but I am worried about glucose-fructose, about the sugar content, and if it’s a good idea to be giving this to babies. It’s not marketed as baby food after all. Does anyone know if this is ok to feed my babies??

I just suggest for the healthiest versions you go with the unsweetened and ‘natural’ applesauces. Which i believe motts is. You just have to look at labels carefully and make sure there are no preservatives or added ingrediants.
