What kind/type/form/brand of Green Tea should I get?
There are so many options! I love Green Tea, I drink 3+ cups a day =) I was wondering whether I should get tea bags that are packaged in a store, organic packaged, or go to the Pike Place Market(Seattle, WA) or any other market and just get the leaves whole. If whole leaves, do i get fresh or dried? is there even a choice in the matter?
I am currently getting the packaged stuff at safeway. Sometimes its organic. I get the brand Bigalow. Its okay, but i feel that trying whole leaves would make it stronger. Its just so…eh!
If you recommend packaged, what brand should i get? Thanks, and remember once you answer, you may be the lucky person to get best answer+10 sweet points!
brewing green tea leaves would be much much better for u. in the prepackaged stuff they take out some of the nutrition sometime. i love green tea too but i hate dealing with leaves. so i drink Japanese green tea. i let it sit for a couple hours so it gets strong and almost bitter. thats when i know im getting best out of green tea!
