Weight Loss and skate!?

I have twenty years, about 5'6 "and weight 123 pounds. I was 155 at the beginning of the year and this is my lowest weight in three years, probably. I started eating all organic, very, very healthy food. I also take a ton of water. I have not had soda or junk food in months. The only problem is that we want to strengthen. I want what is a realistic starting excersizing, especially the roller. I do not want to bite more than can chew. Should I start with 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes? How I can know if I'm ready to get up? Has anyone had successful weight loss per roll? Thanks!
