foods with the average cost of food? I know organic vs regular. all answers appreciated?

How big is your family? and cost of food a month? Do you buy organic / natural or not regualr grocery products age? Where to buy? We are a family of 2 adults and one year, 1.5 years, we've gone about 300 or 400 a month grocer Wal-Mart (I know you know) and Spanish local .. TP this includes Pampers, etc. I ask bc another daughter, who only allowed to eat healthy foods, my husband and I have treated our bodies with all the food wasteland of crap and I'm trying to find the cost of feeding all of us, including snacks etc. if we buy Organic

We buy at Whole Foods and spend less than a lion or a retailer large box of food. We go shopping for sales, eat at the time to produce and cooking or preparing most everything except the nuts and yogurt. We do not have the luxury of getting exactly what we want because that's where it gets expensive. Shopping for sales adds variety, if and after eating organic for a few years, we plan our vacations in cities where there is a whole foods market. We feed two hungry adults and four people 7 all animals organic feed by about 500 per month. including household supplies. You can make a difference in the cost of using cloth diapers instead of nappies. Quit the junk food snacks ciggarets as hard as quitting smoking, good luck.
