what does USDA organic mean?…?

I know it means organic and its certified…but what kind of standards does the USDA set for Organic Food……and is it healthy?

it means there are no chemicals or pesticides added, animals were raised in natural environments, no steroids, basically all natural. the downside may be that you might want to wash your lettuce a little more and check it ’cause it could still have bugs in it, but its probably worth it in the end.
