Healthy or Organic grocery shopping in Manhattan NYC?

I might be moving to Manhattan in the fall for College, I’ll be loving on my own in a studio apartment and not in a dorm. So I was wondering where are some good places to grocery shop for healthy and organic foods within Manhattan? I know about the Farmers Market in Union Square and that there is a Whole Foods store somewhere around there. But are there any other places I should check out?
