how to re word something?
im doing a questionnaire about restaurant foods because i need to know plenty of things about peoples opinions and thoughts so i know what to cook myself.
I have to ask a question about whether they are bothered about healthy eating when they order a meal in a restaurant. but i dont know how to reword it so it sounds more professional, and polite.
Another one which i dont know how to re word is whether they are bothered about Organic Food when they order it aswell.
Please helpp

-starter or dessert
-Do you have any allergies
-How much would you pay
-are you vegetarian
