Can you fix my writing errors?

for the past few months i have been having some problems with periods and commas, I am not sure if i am using the right one. anyway here are the sentences……I have put the punctuations in parenthesis

1.Cellular respiration is the oppsite of photosunthesis(.)animals and plants combine oxygen and sugars to produce water(,) carbon dioxide(,) and energy in the form of ATP.

2.Plant captur the sun’s energy and store it as chemical energy in organic molecules, food, which is eaten by animals.

3. Plants are the producers of energy(,) organisms that first capture energy(,) and the animals are the consumers of energy(,) the organisms that consume plants and other organisms to obtain energy.

It will be even more wonderfull if can tell me when EXACTLY to use a comma and a period.

1.Cellular respiration is the opposite of photosynthesis. Animals and plants combine oxygen and sugars to produce water, carbon dioxide, and energy in the form of ATP.

2.Plants capture the sun’s energy and store it as chemical energy in the form of molecules or food which are eaten by animals.

3. Plants, the producers of energy, are the organisms that first capture energy; and the animals are the consumers of energy. There are organisms that consume plants and other organisms to obtain energy.
