Will I lose weight on this workout routine? Please help I’ve been struggling for months please tips?
Sorry for begging, lol
here’s my daily workout routine
aerobics: I will do the aerobics/endurance session on the elliptical for 15 minutes
cardio: everyday I will jump rope for 15 minutes (taking breaks every 1-3 minutes)
strength: I will do 10-30 minutes of pilates a day (depending on how I feel, usually about 20) and I will do this arm toning excersize with 5 lb weights (basically, holding your arms straight up in the air, and bending them backwards with the weights)
I’m a vegan so I’ll just eat Organic Food and my calorie intake is 1000-1300 no more
I will do 500 crunches, taking short breaks inbetween
and also I get fitness magazines (e.g. “Fitness” and “Shape”) that have some things I’ll do every now and then to mix it up.
This is my routine for the next 2 weeks, hopefully I will lose about 4-6 lbs and I’ll intense it up after 2 weeks.
What do you think?
Great place to start, IMHO, the pilates is your weak spot. Yes, it will help for strength, but not as quickly as good, old-fashioned resistance training. Now – you’re probably concerned about “bulking up”, but don’t worry – you really wont. But it WILL make you look better, it WILL help you burn more calories throughout the day, you WILL get more strength and tone.
