organic food industry news
When will Americans wake up to the sad facts that unhealthy foods are destroying their health and BEAUTY ?

Increasingly, more news stories are appearing that confirm what the “alarmist” vegans have long told everyone. The food industry in the U.S. is shockingly negligent in providing the best possible food supply to everyday citizens.

If you have lots of money you can buy the good stuff: organic fruits and vegetables and whole(some) grains. If you don’t have lots of money, you are likely going to buy the stuff that is made with crap: lots of bleached flour, sugar (corn syrup), salt, preservatives, coloring agents and so on. And then there’s meat. Current reports warn of the harmful (to health) added ingredients given to animals to raise them as cheaply as possible: antibiotics and growth hormones.

Do you respect yourself to the point that you do your best to make good choices? Are you aware of the dangers to your health?

I am very aware,I’m vegan,I try to eat only organic. It’s pricey I have to spend like half my paycheck on food. :/
