Is my thinking right ?
I have been buying Organic Food from a box delivery company. I don’t want to enter a discussion about whether its more nutrious. I would like to know if the organic farmers get a better deal. The main reason I am buying organic is because I hate hearing about farmers being ripped off by supermarkets. Is my logic correct here
why waste your time with stupid answers. It was a serious question, we hear about supermarkets giving suppliers a raw deal. I want to know how much truth their is in this and if organic suppliers do get a fairer deal. I know someone who rears beef cattle and wonder if they would be better off going organic
by cutting out the middle man the farmers do make more money by sellling direct to you, plus the time between the food being taken out the ground and you being able to cook them would be less than if you buy them from a shop so it would of lost less of its nutrients
