Organic….Do you?
I’m trying to make some changes particularly in the foods we eat. So I buy organic flour, chicken stock, fruits/veggies.
What do you buy that is organic? How do you ensure that what’s labeled as organic really is?
I ask the latter question because I was reading that some large companies are trying to get the USDA to allow chemical intensive practices at farms and still call it organic.
GOD that pisses me off. Even if I never ate Organic Food, I’d be mad.
I generally have organic fruit and milk, and sometimes organic chocolate, but if companies do that I think I’d stop.
