If you get an organic vegetable box delivery – What to do with the vegetables that you like?

Usually able to use most part of what comes in the box, but there are some things (beet / green) that my partner just not touch, what we do with them what seems a shame to waste good food! The downstairs neighbors get the same apparatus that we and not just in the beet and vegetables as a couple can eat! I do not know the other neighbors, the exception of the side fan and I'm not giving free food! The supplier we use do not allow us to trade. One wondered whether these organic materials are great value for such, after all, when there are no good things that will not or can give – especially inflated prices – and only – do not even know for sure how truly organic ……..
