is really hard to find Organic Food / vegetarian, huh?

I go to the extra food or sometimes co-op for my food because of its closest to my house, and no grocery store organic / natural at all (I live in a small town, but not so small). when I go shopping, do not I know what to buy organic because there are limited things. and are so damn expensive! advice?

I find it easier and easier as I learned it to look for. There are a lot of things on there especially ethnic food. This is a good idea to start finding new vegan recipes to try and buy ingredients in the store, instead of trying to find Vegetables / vegan packaged foods. No evidence of soy dogs and such, but trying to buy lentils! Buying ingredients to make your own falafel! Try the couscous! Have a variety of fresh and find a good Soysauce or tamari and stir-fry often (I love it omitted his being my favorite), I would not worry too much about your product is organic. Just look at what to buy and be discriminatory. If it appears that freakfruit not buy it. Fruits and vegetables normal is always good to eat. Do some research background on the producers, and learn about their farming methods are, then decide what to buy. The food is labeled as organic is not necessarily better, and you're right, it is very expensive.
