Pérez anyone know where I can get information about setting up a booth at a Farmers Market in Los Angeles?

I want to sell the house vegetarian dishes and cakes, but do not know where to start. First, do I need a certified food handler or something similar? Do I need a business license? I'm totally clueless and this is new, all welcome plaques. If there are websites that can visit, please send me the http address.Thanx.
