My boyfriend and I are going to San Francisco for 4 days- What are some must-see things?

We like:

Romantic restaurants: You can’t go wrong with Forbes Island www.forbesisland.com it’s very private reservation only but so worth it.
Nice but not necessarily romantic is the crab house www.crabhouse39.com I personally haven’t gone but I hear the hornblower dinner cruise is nice http://opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=2432&ref=251 You need a reservation for Forbes Island and the Hornblower.
Organic Food: That’s pretty easy to come by at many of the nicer restaurants we’re all about the environment here so most places have not only organic options but vegetarian and vegan options as well.
Wine Tours: Napa is about an hour away and with only 4 days in the city I would seriously re-evaluate rather or not you want to make that trip. However if so any one of the wine tours would be great and while you are in Napa you may want to consider a Champagne brunch hot air balloon ride. http://www.balloonrides.com/

Sight Seeing: Oh gee where do I begin…
Fisherman’s wharf
Golden gate park
–Japanese Gardens
Alcatraz
Aquarium of the bay
Coit tower
The double decker bus hop on hop of tour is fun (I’m such a geek I like this tour just to get around the city)
Castro (the historic gay district)
Haight (the historic hippie district)
That’s just to name a few e-mail me with more specific intrests in sight seeing and I can give you SO many more ideas.
Shopping: Pier 39 for one of a kind items and souvineers the downtown finnancial district (a short trip up from the pier) for clothes and regular shopping type places.
