How I can cook the ribs of goat?
I have four ribs of goat, on a book together, I think a fairly young animal and the package said something "of breast Contr. They have been marinated for 24 hours. On the one hand, Farmers Market said the lady to cook at low temperature and humidity and secondly I can find recipes online just to ask them or grill pan. Goat meat is supposed to be difficult in general, but the ribs are very fatty. Do not cook meat often and not thinking is not that I never cooked in the oven, so there was little sense of what to do. Thoughts? A friend suggested that I cook and that sounds good, but I do not know what I do, I thought I try another entrance. Thanks!
Get a large pot, where you serve, then wrap Printed on paper. Then put them in foil and place in pan. then put about 1 2 inches of water in a saucepan. and bake at 275 and leave cook slowly for several hours.
