Would you buy these products from a local Farmers Market?
A friend and I really enjoy canning food. In the past we have made pepper jelly and salsa. We are planning on makine several differant products and selling them at the local farmers market next year. Would you buy any of these items?
Pineapple Jalepeno Jelly- very mild sweet flavor great as an appetizer
Zesty Salsa with Corn
Brandied and/or Rummed Apples
Apple Pie filling
This is our preliminary list, and have several other ideas. Would you try any of these?
I would. Your ideas sound very tasty. A few farmer’s markets I have been to sell all sorts of jellies and jams, so to sell these items would be no big deal to most people.
