Riverside Market Garden £ 10,000 for research by ethical investors

Riverside Market Garden is a new production model of ethics sustainable local food. These 10 new acres of vegetables near Cardiff has created more fresh food available to the local community. The business model

Riverside Market Garden designed to raise the first £ 10,000 and the end of September 2010, by private and community investment. Staff costs and other income will be covered by grants that have already been made and revenue generated by sales of products.

The Riverside Market Garden business plan which was prepared by experts in nurseries and local food marketing, said the market will become self-financing Garden 4 years. A second phase of investment to raise another £ 20,000 is planned for winter 2010/11.
