Hemp cultivation is illegal in the U.S. but not Canada?

I saw on the news today. nc state senator is trying to get that legalization of growth. It is used to do many different things. scholarships for shoes and even clothing. nor can live in and with all regulations on the economy of snuff has really suffered. hemp cultivation could bring new farmers to grow and maybe even boost the economy, but opponents say looks a lot like weeds and make it easier for drug dealers to hide the weeds and harder for police to make a difference So you think should be illegal to grow hemp and market why or why not? Hemp is not marijuana legal in Canada there is a difference in response to # 1

It's a bit stupid. I could go to Canada, buy a bale of hemp and bringing it back to the United States in a standard truck. People do not care. But every time the same U.S. put me in jail. For answering others is not marijuana. We are talking about industrial hemp. High importance for drugs that cause discomfort rather high. The species of the cannabis plant contains both types of drugs. When farmers have started to grow industrial hemp Canada, some teenagers decided to attack the farm and carry loads of culture. They have never tried a second time. I wonder why.
