The laws on the sale of ice cream, snow cones …?
I am located in Oregon and I wonder what are the laws on the sale of cream bars Ice otterpops, snow cones, tea, soft drinks, etc? I want to hide and sell these things as a few local Farmers Market rate, but I'm not sure where go for more information on the laws and if I need a permit … Thanks!
Oregon MI .. if I'm not sure what is there, but it must be well for not having a license, but just to be sure you go to his local police station to check the laws and other things:)
